Check-in:

The Tatry Holiday Resort reception is located in the restaurant Salaš Slavkov (side entrance towards the accommodation resort). Upon arrival, please pay the remaining part of the accommodation price and the local fee. On the day of arrival, you can check in between 14:00 and 19:00. In case of late arrival (after 19:00) or early arrival (before 14:00), please contact reception in advance. Free unguarded parking is available in several areas of the resort. The reception staff will be happy to advise you on the parking space closest to your accommodation.

Check-out:

We hate to see you leave, but on the day of departure we ask all guests to check-out no later than 10:00 am. If you would like a later check-out time, please inform reception at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-out service is subject to availability and may incur a charge due to the current price list. If you would like to store your luggage after check-out, please do not hesitate to contact the resort's reception.

Information:

All the additional information you need to spend a pleasant holiday under the High Tatras can be found on the website of accommodation (houses / cottages / apartments / studios) - in the Information section and in the hotel book, which is a part of each type of accommodation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the reception staff.

Payments and invoices:

Supplementary services, the local charge and the balance of the accommodation (excluding the refundable security deposit) can be paid in cash (EUR), by Visa/MasterCard or debit card. The Tatry Holiday Resort reception also accepts holiday cards (Edenred / Callio / Gusto / Benefit Plus / Doxx) for payment of employer-reimbursed holiday stays. If you would like to receive an invoice for your accommodation, please contact the reservations department at least 24 hours in advance or notify the resort reception before paying the rest of the accommodation. Once a fiscal receipt has been issued, it is not possible to issue an additional invoice for services rendered.

Relax:

The resort has a wellness area called Relax & Pohoda, which features a relaxing unheated swimming pool with seating area and a Finnish (dry) sauna. In case of interest, please inform the Tatry Holiday Resort reception well in advance of the time you wish to use the spa. Selected services of the Relax & Relax section are chargeable and operated in selected hot/cold months. For current prices of services and availability of wellness sections, please contact the reception.

Meals:

As a guest of Tatry Holiday Resort you have the option of ordering breakfast, half board and full board. Meals are served in the restaurant Salaš Slavkov, which is part of the resort. For current prices of meals, please contact the reception of the resort. As a guest of Aplend Apartments & Resort, you will receive discounts to all Aplend, Ltd. restaurants, including the adjacent Salaš restaurant.

Notice:

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that all indoor areas of the Tatry Holiday Resort, the reception area and the outdoor sports areas are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. The resort has a small company dog Maxo. Please do not feed him human food. We would also like to ask you to secure your cottages/apartments and studios whenever you leave the property (closing windows/balcony, locking doors/locking common entrance doors etc). In case of theft of private belongings Aplend, Ltd. is not responsible for the loss of personal property.
